Registration fees & payment

Registration fees include: conference bag, ice-breaker on July 10th, coffee breaks and meals over the duration of the conference (July 11-13). 

*The gala dinner will take place on July 13 2022 in the center of Rennes in the chic restaurant "La Taverne" which will offer us a typical French-style gastronomic meal.

Very important remarks:

- You must complete all registration steps and proceed to the payment (payment by credit card or order forms). It is not possible to come back to an incomplete and/or unpaid registration form.

 - Please carefully select your category (Accompagnying person or Researcher/Postdoc/Phd/Student or Invited speaker), and select the desired options (conference dinner, field excursion at St Malo).

The payment process is as follows: 

1. Follow the link to Payment facility.
2. Register by filling a short form regarding your personal information
3. You can pay by credit-card or by bank to bank transfer (order form is possible for French Institutes/Universities)
4. You receive an e-mail from 'no-reply@azur-colloque.fr' confirming your payment
5. NOTE that NO REFUNDING will be possible.
