Abstract submission deadline - starting in January 2022 until May 2022.

Registration fees & deadlines
- Early bird registration (until May 15, 2022) : Student and regular participant: 150 Euros
- Late registration (deadline July 14, 2022) : Student and regular participant: 220 Euros
Registration fee includes conference materials, abstract book, welcome party (icebreakers), lunches and coffee breaks

The preliminary Schedule
The preliminary Schedule is now available here
- Sunday 10 July 2022: registration in afternoon & friendly icebreaker
- From Monday 11 to Wednesday 13 July 2022: Scientific days and Gala in 13th June
- Thursday 14 July 2022 (French national day): optional excursion to saint Malo.
Reminder
To attend the ISEPEP9 conference, you must proceed in two steps:
Step1) Submit an abstract (here) before May 21 (new extended deadline).
Step 2) Register for the conference and pay (here).
The registration fees will be a bit higher after May 15.
